Concept - Design - Prototype - Production

Technical Development & Innovation is a multi-disciplined, design and development organisation, providing innovative and cost effective solutions to a wide range of clients from individuals to multi-nationals.

All aspects of product development are covered including mechanical design, electronic design, software, PCB design and manufacture, aesthetics, production engineering, prototype manufacture and the production of full documentation packages.
 

Wherever possible, within the constraints of a particular brief, we design for zero prototypes which saves money and speeds time to market.

Flexibility

All information is presented in a form which enables the client to manufacture the product within their own production facilities or, if required, TDi can produce the products in their own factory. This can include the population of printed circuit boards including surface mount.

Compliance

Products designed by Technical Development & Innovation are fully compliant with all relevant European Directives enabling the client to CE mark the product with complete confidence.

TDi Manufacture

TDi has the manufacturing facilities to produce prototypes and small batches quantities.

Quality

Most product designs undertaken are a blend of technologies and as such require professional project management. 

Each project has an appointed manager who is responsible for ensuring that work is carried out correctly, to time and to budget.

Regular project reviews take place, with a final quality audit at project end, to ensure that all quality procedures have been correctly followed.
